Overview Our client in the beauty and aesthetics industry is seeking a Client Success Executive to support and manage client relationships/ requests. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of handling customer support requests efficiently and independently. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and calls (approximately 100 texts per day) Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries about treatments, promotions, and appointments Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building to ensure repeat visits and satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and resolution of issues Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system Support ad-hoc administrative or coordination tasks related to customer engagement Requirements: Prior experience in customer service, online chat support, or client coordination preferred Proficiency in English and preferably Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients Pleasant and confident communication skills, with a clear and engaging voice Excellent interpersonal, empathy, and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented with proven sales or tele-sales experience Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and wellness is an advantage Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity and committed to growing with the company Working schedule : 6 days per week: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (including 1 hour break) 1 day off
