Key Responsibilities Lead the client success strategy to equip clients with the tools, resources, and guidance needed to achieve strong program outcomes. Build and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor. Oversee onboarding and engagement processes for new clients. Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to recommend tailored solutions. Monitor client progress, gathering feedback to inform continuous improvement. Stay current on industry trends to enhance client engagement strategies. Mentor and support peers by sharing expertise, exchanging experiences, and contributing best practices during scheduled training calls. Requirements 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ in client success, account management, or relationship-focused leadership roles. Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and deliver measurable results. Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills. Experience managing client lifecycle processes and retention strategies. Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Experience in purpose-driven, education, or professional services industries is preferred. Based in the U.S. or Canada with reliable internet access.
