Role Description The Client Success and Growth Pathway role is a full-time remote position responsible for guiding clients through their coaching or program experience and supporting their long-term growth. This team member will welcome new clients, conduct intake conversations, and help them clarify goals, timelines, and expectations. They will maintain regular check-ins, monitor client progress, and proactively address questions or concerns to ensure a high-quality, supportive experience. The role includes gathering feedback, identifying opportunities to improve offerings, and recommending next-step programs or resources that fit each client’s needs. Day-to-day tasks may also include coordinating scheduling, managing digital tools and platforms, documenting interactions, and partnering with the broader team on community-building initiatives, workshops, and content that enhance client engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear written communication, and thoughtful verbal follow-up.
• Experience in customer service and customer satisfaction, with a focus on empathetic problem-solving and timely resolution of issues.
• Background in customer experience, including gathering feedback, identifying patterns, and suggesting improvements to programs or processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple clients and tasks, and maintain organized records.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, scheduling software, video conferencing, and online communities).
• Prior experience in coaching, career development, professional services, or client
