Role Overview Top 3 key responsibilities: Execute onboarding and training for 1 client Handle inquires and requests from client and address their needs Work closely with Client Services team to proactively identify any problems that may impact the client and work with different internal departments to resolve or prevent such issues Candidate Requirements Required qualifications / certifications: Minimum 1 year of relevant Client Services, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in the media, consultancy, tech, PR & communications, or market research industry Years of experience required: 1-2 year Key technical or functional skills: Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Email and chat handling. Experience in handling any SAAS platforms would be an additional advantage.
