Position Overview The Client Service Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring seamless communication across various departments within the firm. As the firm’s first point of contact, this position manages inbound communications from prospective and existing clients, attorneys and referral partners, vendors, government officers, USCIS representatives, immigration judges, and members of the press. This position is dedicated to fostering meaningful client relationships, m anaging client intakes, and continuously enhancing the overall client experience. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential and existing clients. Conduct thorough client intake processes, gathering and documenting all necessary information accurately and efficiently. Deliver a client experience-oriented approach in every interaction, prioritizing satisfaction, clarity, and professionalism. Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner, applying effective conflict resolution strategies. Offer general support to colleagues as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal client satisfaction. Conduct follow-ups to confirm resolution of issues or fulfillment of requests. Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience. Relevant certifications in customer service or client relationship management are a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, customer support, or a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment. Demonstrated experience in client intake processes, relationship management, and conflict resolution. Strong commitment to delivering an outstanding, client experience-oriented approach in every interaction. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with client management platforms. Familiarity with digital communication and social media management tools.
