We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Client Services Manager to help lead client communication, support recruiting efforts, and keep searches moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do 🛠️

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the hiring process
• Lead kickoff calls, search updates, and strategic hiring conversations
• Partner closely with recruiters to keep searches aligned and moving quickly
• Help recalibrate searches when market conditions or candidate feedback shift
• Build strong relationships and identify future hiring opportunities

What We’re Looking For 🧐

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, client services, or account management
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing environments
• Experience in agency recruiting is a big plus
• Must live in the DMV area for occasional client visits and events

Compensation & Perks 💰

• Base Salary: $70K – $75K
• Bonuses: $20K – $25K
• OTE: $95K – $105K
• $200/month health stipend
• $50/month phone stipend
• 3 weeks PTO + birthday off 🎂
• Potential annual team trip to Bogotá 🇨🇴
