Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Marketing Project Manager to serve as the primary point of coordination for marketing collateral and campaign execution.This role is less focused on graphic design and more focused on managing the end-to-end process of creating, reviewing, approving, and deploying FCRA-compliant firm offers of credit through email and direct mail channels. The ideal candidate excels at project management, client communication, quality assurance, and process execution.

Required Experience & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
· 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, Project Management, Production Management, or Marketing Coordination.
· Experience working directly with external clients and managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
· Demonstrated success coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
· Experience managing revisions, approvals, and production workflows for marketing campaigns or client deliverables.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Experience using Monday.com, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Experience
· Experience supporting financial institutions, fintech companies, marketing agencies, or other regulated industries.
· Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign deployment processes.
· Experience coordinating direct mail campaigns or print production workflows.
· Experience with Beefree, Mailgun, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar technologies.
· Familiarity with compliance-driven marketing environments.
Performance Expectations
· All client-facing collateral must undergo documented quality assurance review before delivery.
· 100% of client-requested revisions must be reviewed and incorporated before resubmission.
· Client emails and inquiries should be acknowledged within one business day.
· Clients must receive proactive status updates when timelines change or deliverables are delayed.
· Monday.com project records must be updated accurately and consistently.
· Campaign deliverables must be completed within established service-level timelines.
· Collateral errors that could have been identified through standard QA processes are considered unacceptable.
· Demonstrate ownership of deliverables from initial request through final deployment and reporting.

Compensation & Benefits
· Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
