We are looking for a bright, ambitious, and highly organised Growth Executive to support the commercial growth of our London-based business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with around 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a digital agency or similarly fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be well educated, commercially aware, and confident working across marketing, lead generation, and event coordination. You will play an important role in supporting business development activity, generating top-of-funnel opportunities, and building our brand presence. This role would suit someone with excellent narrative and storytelling skills, who can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, and commercially effective messaging. You should be confident constructing high-quality copy across a range of formats and able to demonstrate this through previous experience, whether in proposals, outbound, presentations, thought leadership, campaigns, or other new business materials. Just as importantly, you should bring a strong and credible interest in AI, with a working knowledge of the evolving landscape of tools, platforms, and use cases. We are looking for someone who is not only excited by AI conceptually, but who actively uses and experiments with modern AI tools, including agentic systems, to improve productivity, creativity, research, and workflow execution. You should be comfortable navigating a fast-changing ecosystem and confident in applying AI in a practical, hands-on way within a commercial environment.
