Role Overview A growing Family Law Firm based in Orange County, California, is seeking an experienced Client Engagement Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and drive the firm’s client acquisition efforts. This is a high-level sales and client engagement position, not a traditional administrative intake role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective clients through the consultation and retention process, building trust during emotionally sensitive situations, and converting qualified leads into retained clients. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (USA) Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To: Facilitating a seamless transition from prospect to client Conducting consistent and strategic follow-up with prospective clients Gathering relevant information regarding potential legal matters Conducting initial consultations and discovery conversations with leads Serving as the primary point of contact for prospective clients (PNCs) Clearly communicating the value of the firm's legal services Guiding prospective clients through the consultation and retention process Maintaining accurate records within CRM and firm systems Maintaining organized lead pipelines and communication schedules Managing the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through retention What We’re Looking For: At least three years of experience in: Sales, Intake, Client Success or Business Development Experience converting prospects into paying clients or customers Strong customer service background Experience working in high-emotion or consultative environments preferred Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment What’s In It for You?
