As a member of the Personal Lines Team, you will work with multiple carriers and customers to create an outstanding service experience. Position Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM EST- 5:30 PM EST Education Required: Current P&C Producer license Experience Required: 2 Years minimum Job Responsibilities: Optimizing Customer Service and Client Relationships by consistently providing the highest level of professionalism and politeness to optimize customer service Prioritize email responses by thoroughly reviewing and understanding clients' needs to provide accurate and tailored responses Policy Management - Obtain all necessary details to ensure endorsements are processed accurately and efficiently Process payments and provide clear and comprehensive explanations to insured's billing questions Document and process policy cancellations properly Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure for underwriting accuracy as well as identify opportunities for savings Address company recommendations with insureds to meet carrier compliance requirements Navigate agency management system using proper workflows. Maintain up-to-date client files by attaching documentation, generating and sending evidences of insurance such as binders and ID cards, as well as reviewing carrier downloads for accuracy Skills and Specifications: To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualities: Self-motivated with a drive to expand their insurance knowledge Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Solid work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure professional and concise communication Demonstrate an ability to develop trust and credibility easily and quickly to establish rapport Must possess a minimum of 2 years of related experience and a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Producer License Experience with Applied EPIC a plus Salary and Benefits: Pay: $45,000 to $52,000 per year Paid Time off, Group Health Insurance, short- and long-term disability, vision coverage and life insurance.
