𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 This is a pure business development role. Your job is to find companies that need sales talent, get them into a conversation, and book them onto a call. That's it. No account management. No admin. No fluff. The opportunity is everywhere. Thousands of businesses are actively looking for sales professionals right now across LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and social media. You're going to find them, reach out, and turn that into pipeline. You'll also receive warm intel from our Talent Acquisition team. Every candidate they speak to reveals companies worth approaching, whether that's a previous employer, a current one, or a reference contact. Those leads land with you. You turn them into calls. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘆 Outreach across LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and social media to companies actively looking for sales talent Working warm leads passed from the Talent Acquisition team Reaching out to reference contacts and converting those conversations into client opportunities Building and managing your own pipeline daily Getting qualified companies booked onto a call with the closing team 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 Access to vetted, admitted remote sales talent through Sales Revenue. Placement deals range from $4,000 to $36,000 depending on the role and scope. You earn 5% of every deal that closes from your pipeline. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Commission only. No cap. A consistent performer: $3,000 to $6,000 per month A strong performer: $8,000 to $12,000 per month An elite performer: $15,000+ per month Your earnings are tied directly to your output, nothing else.
