Client Accountant Executive Apply Job Description Our client is a corporate services provider based in Malta, offering support across accounting, corporate, and advisory services. For the role you’ll be looking after: assisting with client accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting tax and audit processes, and contributing to the smooth management of client portfolios. Location : Hybrid - Malta (2 days remote, 3 days from office after probation) Responsibilities: As a Client Accountant Executive, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Assist clients with accounting, corporate, and fiscal requirements Maintain and update client accounting records Ensure records are aligned with internal risk and compliance policies Support the preparation of management accounts in line with applicable standards Prepare and submit direct and indirect tax returns Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors Carry out general accounting duties as required Support management in maintaining client portfolios Requirements: ACCA partly qualified or in progress, or equivalent qualification Minimum 2 years experience in a client accounting role Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting standards Strong communication, organisation, and problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Experience with cloud accounting systems such as Xero is considered an asset What’s in it for you?
