At ControlExpert APAC, continuous innovation and exceptional customer service drive our commitment to excellence. **Role Description** This is a full-time hybrid Claims Officer role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility to work from home while operating in line with Australian business hours. **Duties** * Manage daily operations, including task assignment, claim handling, review and email correspondence. * Handle and negotiate settlement with external parties. * Manage and create data in spreadsheets and reports/presentation. * Participate in projects and initiatives set to achieve the departmental and organization key goals. * Communicate with internal & external parties on operation matters. * Perform ad-hoc duties assigned when required. * Must have knowledge of motor insurance claims & operations. * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to communicate effectively with the regional team and demonstrate a proactive approach. * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. * Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English).
