This role includes civil/site design and permitting for land development and linear design projects, along with leadership opportunities based on your strengths—from mentoring to business development to public engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead project teams across planning, design, permitting, and construction Define scope, estimate fees, and prepare proposals/contracts Manage compliance with contract terms, schedules, budgets, and quality Support mentorship, client engagement, or public presentations as desired Represent BSC at events, interviews, or conferences (based on interest) What You Bring Required: PE license in Connecticut Experience with civil/site design and permitting Strong project and team management skills Preferred: Familiarity with public presentations Mentoring junior staff Existing client network in New England Work Style BSC supports remote, hybrid, and flexible work arrangements .
