We’re looking for an experienced Chinese Affiliate Manager to lead and scale our affiliate partnerships across both app and web channels in the Chinese market. What You’ll Do.
Lead and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns focused on app installs and web traffic.
Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with key local partners, networks, and publishers.
Negotiate competitive rates and commission models to drive maximum ROI.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and creative teams for campaign alignment.
Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging tech, and the evolving Chinese digital marketing landscape.
Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines, regulations, and data protection standards.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
3+ years of hands-on affiliate or performance marketing experience in China.Strong background in app marketing and mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).
Established local partner network across web/app channels and experience with Chinese affiliate platforms.
Data-driven mindset with strong Excel and data visualization skills.
Native-level Mandarin + good command of English.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
