Role Overview Act as a trusted advisor to the founders, facilitating strategic planning and execution. Work directly with thefoundersto execute high-priority projects across different functions. Manage special projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Support leadership in internal and external communication, including with partners and donors. Improve operational efficiency by identifying and resolving bottlenecks Key Responsibilities Drive strategic planning processes, setting milestones and tracking progress. Develop briefing materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a sounding board to the founders on key decisions. Coordinate board meetings and maintain strong relationships with advisors. Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes to enhance organizational efficiency. Oversee internal communications and ensure alignment across teams. Lead cross-functional collaboration between product, legal, partnerships, and operation teams Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, law, or public policy (MBA or equivalent preferred). 5-7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or executive roles. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows.
