This is a part-time remote role for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee financial planning and reporting, prepare and analyze financial statements, develop strategies to optimize financial operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing strategic insights to align financial goals with long-term business objectives.
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Strategic Financial Management
- Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in security services, law enforcement, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA/CFA certification is a plus)
