Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Channel Sales Manager / Distribution Executive / Trade Marketing Officer. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners and distribution networks to promote ENPA membership, conferences, and academic activities across Europe and beyond. The position holder will plan and execute channel sales campaigns, coordinate trade marketing initiatives, and ensure partners have the tools and information needed to represent ENPA effectively. Daily tasks include tracking sales performance, maintaining partner relationships, responding to partner and participant inquiries, and preparing reports and insights for leadership. The role also supports cross-functional collaboration with communications, events, and academic program teams to align sales and marketing activities with ENPA’s mission and values. Qualifications Strong skills in Channel Sales and managing Channel Partners, including partner acquisition, enablement, and performance monitoring. Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to design and execute effective sales plans for memberships, events, or services. Customer Service skills to support channel partners and stakeholders with timely, accurate, and courteous communication. Experience in trade marketing, distribution, or business development in an international or nonprofit/academic context is an advantage. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and reporting abilities, including comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, inclusivity, and diversity in professional interactions and partnerships.
