Our partner is looking for a Change Management AI Adoption Expert – Bilingual (French and English) based in United States. This role focuses on enabling large enterprise organizations to successfully adopt and scale AI-powered productivity solutions, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping clients translate business priorities into structured adoption strategies that drive measurable value and sustained behavioral change. The position combines consulting, change management, and digital transformation expertise to improve organizational readiness, user engagement, and technology adoption at scale. Working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments, you will design and implement enablement strategies, communication plans, and training programs that accelerate AI adoption. You will also play a key role in defining success metrics, tracking adoption performance, and refining strategies based on real usage insights. Accountabilities Lead the development and prioritization of business cases for AI and digital transformation initiatives based on value impact and feasibility. Design and execute enterprise-level AI and Microsoft Copilot adoption strategies aligned with organizational transformation goals. Conduct readiness and change maturity assessments, identifying gaps and defining actionable enablement roadmaps. Develop and implement training, skilling, and learning strategies to support effective user adoption across business units. Create communication and engagement plans that drive awareness, reduce resistance, and encourage long-term behavioral change. Collaborate with business, IT, and executive stakeholders to track adoption progress and measure value realization. Apply structured change management and Microsoft adoption frameworks to guide implementation and success measurement. Design and interpret adoption metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities. Facilitate workshops, executive discussions, and stakeholder sessions with clear structure, decision tracking, and follow-up actions. Translate organizational concerns around AI readiness into structured pilots, experiments, and measurable outcomes. Produce high-quality consulting deliverables such as adoption playbooks, communication assets, and reporting frameworks. Continuously adapt engagement approaches based on client context, industry, and transformation maturity. Requirements 5+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or organizational change management. Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 or Copilot adoption programs in large enterprise environments. Strong understanding of AI adoption, digital workplace transformation, and organizational readiness frameworks. Experience applying structured change management methodologies such as Prosci or equivalent. Ability to design and deliver communication, training, and enablement programs at scale. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business, IT, and executive leadership teams. Excellent facilitation, communication, and consulting skills in complex environments. Experience developing adoption metrics, dashboards, or performance measurement frameworks (e.g., Power BI is a plus). Ability to work across multiple industries and adapt quickly to changing client needs. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and feedback into actionable insights. Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) is required. Experience in large-scale enterprise rollouts or multi-region programs is considered an asset. Certifications such as Prosci Change Practitioner or Microsoft Copilot credentials are considered strong advantages.
