Role Description As the Chairperson at She Rose Co., you will oversee the strategic vision and operations of the organization. You will lead board meetings, provide guidance on organizational priorities, and ensure goals align with She Rose Co.'s mission. Additional responsibilities include fostering partnerships, supporting fundraising initiatives, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. This is a full-time remote role that requires a commitment to She Rose Co.’s trauma-informed values and a passion for empowering women. Qualifications Leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making experience Experience in nonprofit governance, fundraising, and building community partnerships Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and advocacy for survivors of family violence Strong public speaking, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in developing and implementing organizational policies Proven ability to work collaboratively and support other team members A deep commitment to the mission and vision of She Rose Co. and the ability to inspire others Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience in social work, advocacy, business administration, or related field
