Location: Flexible (Global / Hybrid) Type: Full-time Sponsorship: CEO & Group Leadership About noon We’re building an ecosystem of digital products and services that power everyday life across the Middle East—fast, scalable, and deeply customer-centric. Our mission is to deliver to every door every day. We want to redefine what technology can do in this region, and we’re looking for an AI Accelerator- Lead Builder who can help us move even faster. noon’s mission: Every door, every day. Not “just an engineer” This role sits at the intersection of applied research, product invention, and AI-powered software craftsmanship. We’re building an AI Office inside noon - a highly leveraged group that lives above squads and product lines, spotting opportunities others miss and solving them with working software. You won’t be assigned tickets. You’ll define, build, and ship. Your vantage point ● Full visibility across noon’s organization ● Briefed directly by the CEO and leadership team ● Not embedded in a traditional hierarchy ● Direction & accountability driven by impact, not process This is a Staff-level product builder + internal founder + applied AI researcher role — a rare blend of curiosity, speed, and execution. What you build (three pillars) 1️. Group leverage & acceleration You build tools, workflows, and systems that meaningfully compress time, reduce friction, and increase velocity across teams. This is about leverage over load - software that amplifies thousands of human hours into hundreds. 2️. Rapid capability injection into missions You identify high-value features or enhancements teams can’t prioritize - and you ship them within days. Not slow quarters. Not remote roadmaps. But fast, targeted additions that unlock disproportionate value. 3️. Prototypes for things that don’t yet exist You will build working prototypes for future businesses, products, and ideas before they have names or teams. No slides. No long discovery cycles. Just shipping real software to uncover real signals. You act as a product accelerator, quarterbacking ideas end-to-end. How we work ● Bias toward rapid iteration ● Nothing should take more than one week to production ● Early momentum beats polish ● Working software is the primary deliverable Build → ship → learn → repeat At noon, speed, clarity, and momentum matter more than perfection in early stages. Tech stack - where you’ll operate We build on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a Python-first philosophy. Core technologies you’ll use ● Python (backend, data, AI tooling) ● GCP services: Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI ● Modern frontend frameworks (React / Next.js) as needed ● CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build / GitHub Actions) ● AI stacks (OpenAI, Vertex AI models) integrated deeply Success here means mastering full-stack product outcomes with a Python + GCP core. Who this role is for You might call yourself a builder, a creator, a hacker, or even a researcher - but titles aren’t what matter. This role is for someone who: ● Thinks in systems, leverage, and emergent patterns ● Sees opportunities others miss ● Has shipped side projects that taught them something real ● Loves fast, iterative software cycles ● Is comfortable with ambiguity and shaping problems, not just solving them ● Can own outcomes, not tasks Ship something that speaks One way we evaluate fit for this role is through your side projects or personal builds. We want to see things you’ve shipped that reflect curiosity, speed, impact, playfulness, and technical depth. Share your side gigs. Show us what you built. Let your code do the talking. Your toolkit Engineering ● Python backend & APIs ● Full-stack development when needed ● GCP deployment & observability ● Data pipelines & real-time workflows Product ● Rapid UX experimentation ● Hypothesis → prototype → learn cycles ● Minimal, delightful interfaces AI-native ● Vertex AI / LLM integrations ● Embeddings, agents, workflows ● AI-assisted development, testing, and delivery You treat AI as a force multiplier, not a buzzword. What makes this role rare ● CEO & leadership sponsorship ● No bureaucracy - you ship, not queue ● Organization-wide impact ● Turn intent into production in days ● Founding influence on how noon builds software What success looks like ● Tools that materially accelerate execution across teams ● Live prototypes driving new strategic directions ● Frequent weekly shipping with measurable impact ● A track record of transforming ideas into working systems ● A reputation as the person who just builds it
