Role Description This is a contract-based remote role for a Career Mentor. The Career Mentor will be responsible for delivering guidance and support to students, helping them navigate career choices, build critical skills, and make confident decisions about their futures. Day-to-day tasks include conducting high-impact, one-on-one mentorship sessions, offering strategic guidance and tailored advice, and creating personalized mentorship plans to help students achieve their career goals. Qualifications Exceptional professional track record with significant experience gained within top-tier global firms (e.g., bulge bracket investment banks, MBB consulting firms, or FAANG/leading technology companies). Deep domain expertise and a proven history of success within one or more high-demand industries or specialized job functions. Demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire, with a focus on delivering measurable career outcomes for mentees. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, respected by colleagues at multiple levels within the industry. Ability to provide objective, constructive, and highly tailored career guidance. Empathy and understanding of diverse backgrounds, coupled with a commitment to ethical conduct. Ability to work independently and remotely. Prior experience in formal mentorship programs or educational platforms is a plus.
