As a Call Centre Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers — handling enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a consistently great experience. You don't need to be a sales expert; you do need to enjoy talking to people and solving problems. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally and promptly Resolve complaints and escalate where necessary, following company procedures Update customer records accurately in the CRM after each interaction Meet daily call-handling targets and quality standards Support outbound follow-up calls as needed Work closely with team leaders to identify and flag recurring issues What You'll Need Experience with customer-facing roles, ideally in a call centre environment Clear, professional spoken English with strong listening skills Familiarity with CRM systems or customer management tools A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations with care What's on Offer R13,000–R16,000 per month (depending on experience) Fully remote — work from anywhere in South Africa Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) Supportive team with ongoing training and feedback
