Responsibilities Respond to high volume inbound telephone inquiries from potential patients of the dental practices we support Schedule and confirm new patient appointments Compassionately handle questions/concerns as helping consumers is our #1 goal Use trained sales tactics to reach company goals of appointments set Various duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership team Minimum Education & Experience High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelors preferred Retail, sales, food service, marketing, or Customer Service Experience preferred Strong keyboarding skills.
