What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer all inbound calls professionally, utilizing a customer service communication framework
• Follow up on calls to find resolutions, document messages, and handle soft transfers as needed
• Assist with appointment scheduling, follow up on missed appointments, and make confirmation calls
• Triage calls to determine the nature of the inquiry, complaint, or grievance for escalation or resolution
• Document call logs and fulfill reports issued by the Call Center Supervisor
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1 to 2 years of Call Center Representative experience, preferably in a medical or community mental health setting
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Ability to learn new software and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to demonstrate compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Willingness to travel to the Bronx clinic for initial training
