We're looking for a Business Systems, Automation & Product Builder who combines product thinking, systems design, operational excellence, and execution.
This is not a traditional Product Manager role.
This is not a traditional Operations role.
This is not an Automation Specialist role.
We're looking for someone who can deeply understand how a business operates, identify opportunities for improvement, design scalable solutions, and lead implementation from idea to measurable impact.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable facilitating a client discovery session, mapping a business process, designing a future-state workflow, improving a CRM implementation, coordinating technical teams, and leveraging automation or AI when it creates meaningful value.
Most importantly, you believe systems should be designed around people. Great operational design balances efficiency, usability, business objectives, and customer outcomes.

What You'll DoBusiness Discovery & Product Thinking
- Understand client goals, business models, operational challenges, and growth objectives.
- Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, internal operations, and business performance.
- Apply product development principles to business systems and operational workflows.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, priorities, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.
Systems Design & Operational Excellence
- Analyze existing workflows, systems, and processes.
- Design scalable business systems that improve efficiency, visibility, consistency, and user experience.
- Create future-state process maps and operational frameworks.
- Balance standardization with flexibility to support growth and adoption.
- Develop solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and human-centered.
Automation & Technology Enablement
- Design and implement automations, integrations, and technology solutions that reduce friction and eliminate unnecessary work.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies based on business needs.
- Leverage automation, AI, and emerging technologies to create meaningful business value.
- Optimize CRM systems, operational platforms, and reporting environments.
- Partner with technical teams to successfully implement and deploy solutions.
Product Building & Execution
- Lead initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption.
- Prioritize opportunities based on impact, effort, and strategic value.
- Coordinate stakeholders, technical resources, and operational teams.
- Ensure solutions are successfully implemented and adopted by end users.
- Continuously iterate and improve systems based on feedback and performance data.
Data & Business Intelligence
- Lead data migration and systems transition efforts.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy.
- Define KPIs and operational metrics that measure business performance.
- Create visibility into operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
Client Success & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout transformation initiatives.
- Communicate recommendations, risks, progress, and outcomes clearly.
- Build strong relationships with executives, managers, and operational teams.
- Collaborate effectively across English-speaking clients and Spanish-speaking teams.
Required QualificationsProduct Development & Systems Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, Operations, Digital Transformation, Consulting, Process Improvement, or related roles.
- Strong foundation in product development principles, including discovery, user-centered design, prioritization, requirements gathering, iterative improvement, and outcome measurement.
- Proven ability to design systems, workflows, and operational processes that drive business results.
- Experience translating complex business challenges into scalable solutions.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand how people, processes, technology, and data interact.
Implementation & Execution
- Demonstrated experience leading projects from discovery through implementation and adoption.
- Experience working closely with technical teams, developers, vendors, and operational stakeholders.
- Proven experience with systems implementation, workflow optimization, or business transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing data migration and system transition projects.
Client-Facing Experience
- Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
