Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their Projects Delivery team within a global and multidisciplinary environment. The role is ideal for candidates with strong business analysis capabilities and solid experience within the card payments industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing client requirements, defining system specifications, supporting software implementations, and ensuring solutions align with business and client needs. The role also involves working closely with internal technical teams, QA, project stakeholders, and clients throughout the full delivery lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Analysing and interpreting client requirements against existing software systems Performing gap analysis of new requirements against existing functionality Creating detailed use cases and specifications Supporting project delivery schedules, service requests, and mandatory releases in line with SLAs Acting as a key point of contact for clients through workshops, meetings, and teleconferences Preparing high-level test cases and supporting QA and UAT activities Collaborating with technical teams on use cases and database design Supporting software releases, implementations, client training, and data migration activities Providing 2nd line support and maintaining regular task status updates Ensuring adherence to quality standards and agreed specifications Requirements: Degree in ICT, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, or a related field Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role Strong experience in business requirements gathering, system analysis, and solution design Knowledge of financial services and software development life cycles Proficiency in SQL Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Experience within the payments industry and knowledge of user stories/use cases will be considered an asset The ideal candidate will be autonomous, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
