What You’ll Be Doing Manage and maintain compliance documentation, ensuring records are accurate and aligned with current legislation Coordinate audits and support compliance checks, ensuring required evidence and documentation are in place Monitor updates to policies and regulations, communicating changes to relevant stakeholders Provide administrative and operational support, including coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and maintaining records Support process improvement by developing workflows, documentation, and operational processes Build relationships with internal teams and external partners, acting as a key point of contact for business support and compliance activities Essential What we’re looking for Demonstrable experience in business support, compliance, governance, or a similar role Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Good knowledge of compliance, risk management, or regulatory frameworks High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy when managing documentation and records Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and follow up on actions Experience supporting audits or working with compliance processes, with an ability to manage and evidence requirements effectively Desirable Experience working in a regulated environment such as public sector, finance, healthcare, or education Understanding of data protection or GDPR requirements About Capita is an outsourcer, helping clients across the public and private sectors run complex business processes more efficiently, creating better consumer experiences What’s in it for you?
