The Designer Hype is a luxury fashion and lifestyle platform working with leading global designer brands across fashion, accessories, and curated retail experiences.

We are looking for a Business Operations & Coordination Intern to support the day-to-day functioning of the brand while gaining hands-on exposure across operations, e-commerce, vendor management, and business workflows.

The Role

You will work closely with the founding and core team, supporting operational processes, vendor coordination, backend management, and day-to-day business activities.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in learning how a growing luxury business operates behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational tasks and internal processes
• Maintain and update sheets, trackers, databases, and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams
• Support vendor outreach, order placement, and follow-ups
• Assist with inventory tracking and operational workflows
• Manage product listings, cataloging, and backend data updates
• Conduct quality checks on product information and listings
• Research vendors, partnerships, and business opportunities
• Support marketing coordination, campaign tracking, and administrative tasks when required
• Assist the team with day-to-day business and organizational activities

Requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good organizational ability and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
• Interest in fashion, e-commerce, and business operations
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, or social media is a plus
• Willingness to learn and contribute across different functions
