If you do not meet this requirement, please do not apply. We are looking for an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to join our growing immigration practice remotely. This role requires the ability to manage cases independently in a fast-paced environment and is entirely focused on case file preparation. Case types you will work on: E-1 / E-2, L-1A / L-1B, O-1A / O-1B, EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, TN / E-3, I-140 / Adjustment of Status, and RFE responses. Key Responsibilities Prepare and complete USCIS petition packages independently, from start to finish Conduct client intake, including initial screening and collection of all required information for attorney review Draft support letters, cover letters, and exhibit lists for attorney review Conduct legal research and gather supporting evidence for petitions Communicate with clients to collect required documents, provide regular updates, and promptly address their inquiries Track deadlines and manage progress across multiple active files simultaneously Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records in our case management system Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on U.S. business immigration experience — this is a strict requirement Law degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) Full professional fluency in both Turkish and English, with exceptional oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work Availability to work California hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PT (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM Turkey time) Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace Proficiency in Google Workspace; case management software experience a plus.
