About the Opportunity A Fortune 500 Tech Company is looking for a lawyer with 3+ years' experience with Immigration Law for a 6 month engagement starting as soon as possible. The work will involve supporting high-volume U.S. business immigration operations and providing legal support on complex immigration matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Contributing to high-volume U.S. business immigration operations. Providing strategic legal advice to visa-dependent employees and business groups on case-specific, complex immigration matters, including I-9 and E-Verify. Overseeing the preparation and filing of non-immigrant and immigrant petitions and applications. Supporting legal compliance in the filing of immigration petitions and applications. Conducting legal research related to immigration law and preparing complete and concise legal memoranda. Working effectively with colleagues and outside counsel to manage projects and communicate complex legal issues clearly. Requires Skillset: At least 3 years of experience practicing immigration law at a law firm. Experience supporting high-volume business immigration matters for technology clients. Experience handling the full range of non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and EB-1 petitions. Key Details Location : Remote - preference for those who can work on-site in Redmond, WA Schedule : Full - time Duration : 6 month engagement Compensation : $100-120 per hour General Requirements: Candidates must be able to work full-time starting as soon as possible. The client's proposed budget is $100-$120 per hour , however, they may consider candidates with higher or lower rate requirements. The work may be performed remotely ; however, the client has a preference for candidates who can work on-site in Redmond, Washington. Candidates must be available to work PST hours. The selected worker will be employed (W-2) by a workforce solutions company for the duration of the engagement. No interview with client: Please note that this client will not interview candidates directly. Priori will handle the entire screening process, and if selected by the client for this role, you will simply begin working with the client. Regarding rate : A live auction will be part of the client's selection process. Given this, the rate will be a key factor in their decision.
