What We're Looking For We’re looking for a motivated Marketing and Business Development Intern to join our team and support our growth initiatives. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop and execute marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, retention and engagement. Equally important is a strong inclination toward research strategy, where you'll work with stake holders to leverage our dataset to produce industry trend reports and develop toolkits and actionable insights that empower our users and position us as thought leaders in the market. The role can be part-time or full-time, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week. While most tasks can be done remotely, our team is primarily based in Los Angeles, CA, and we gather regularly for collaboration and engaging events. We are a tight-knit, high-impact team, and we're looking for someone who is ready to jump in right away! What You’ll Do Marketing Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, retention, and lead generation across digital and offline channels. Content Creation & Campaigns : Collaborate with founders to design and execute targeted campaigns, including content marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategies that drive brand awareness and conversion. Conduct market research, analyze competition, and identify growth opportunities. Data-Driven Insights : Leverage our internal data to identify patterns, trends, and new use cases. Use these insights to generate impactful reports/Toolkits and strategic content that drive engagement and help inform our business and product strategy. Sales and Marketing Collateral : Assist in creating persuasive marketing collateral, sales decks, trend reports, and guides that effectively communicate our value proposition and insights to potential partners. CRM Management : Support the optimization of CRM systems to enhance lead management, track marketing effectiveness, and ensure alignment across sales and marketing efforts. Qualifications Strong research skills with a strategic mindset, capable of turning complex data into clear, actionable insights and reports. A creative and analytical thinker with experience in digital marketing strategies, particularly in user retention and lead generation. Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and educational materials. Interest in SaaS and CPG sectors, with a keen understanding of B2B marketing and research strategies. Prior experience in market research, data analysis, marketing strategy, or content creation is preferred. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
