We’re working with a highly established, innovation-led pharma organisation looking to appoint a Global Business Development Senior Manager to help drive their next phase of growth.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of science, strategy and deal-making - ideal for someone who enjoys owning partnerships end-to-end and influencing global pipeline expansion.

The Role:

• Identify and evaluate in-licensing opportunities aligned to the biotech portfolio and indication strategy
• Lead co-development and out-licensing partnerships, with a focus on key global markets
• Own full deal lifecycle, working cross-functionally with R&D, Legal, Finance, Regulatory, IP and leadership teams
• Build and maintain a strong international BD network, representing the business at global partnering events
• Support alliance management post-deal, ensuring performance, alignment, and long-term value creation

What they’re looking for:

• 10+ years’ experience within biotech/pharma, spanning R&D and/or commercial/BD roles
• Strong exposure to business development, licensing, co-development or strategic partnerships
• Scientific background (MSc or above preferred)
• Proven ability to operate strategically while managing multiple deal processes in parallel
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders internally and externally
