This position will work with Marketing and their supervisor to run supporting campaigns for lead-generating activities. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES Develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads Identify and research potential clients then initiate contact through various channels including phone/cold calling, email, campaigns, and social media to qualify leads Provide the Business Development Executives with thoroughly vetted leads and cultivate relationships with prospects, establishing them as potential clients and paving the way for sales team engagement Collaborate with Marketing in lead-generating activities, doing pre- and/or post follow-up campaigns on Marketing Qualified Leads. Record all communications and activity in the CRM software to track leads, manage client interaction, and monitor sales performance SECONDARY JOB DUTIES Field cross selling opportunities from internal/external parties and distribute internally Work with sales and marketing to prepare and supply information, collateral, or any other approved company information to prospects Conduct market research to discover untapped markets and industries to identify new lead prospects Track lead activities in the CRM; prepare and submit regular sales reports as required Upsell and cross sell assigned core clients Keep up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and the latest sales techniques Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any client issues Develop effective sales prospecting strategies and identify opportunities to improve sales performance Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and propose ideas Foster effective communication and collaboration between countries and cultures within all regions Assist in sales project work as required Act as backup to other members of the sales Departments Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with all information entrusted with OTHER JOB DUTIES This position will perform other duties as requested. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY This position has no supervisory responsibilities REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1 to 2 years’ experience in a related sales role FLUENCY This position requires fluency in the English language.
