Business Development Representative (Commission-Based / Part-Time / Remote Option)

We are looking for a motivated person who enjoys networking, building relationships, and driving growth. * Identify and reach out to potential customers, partners, or distributors. * Support sales outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, or events. * Generate and qualify leads using online tools and networking. * Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups. * Maintain and update CRM records. * Provide feedback and ideas to improve sales strategy. * Excellent communication skills in German and English. * Confident and positive attitude — you enjoy talking to people. * Basic understanding of business, marketing, or sales. * Self-motivated and able to work independently. * Prior experience in sales, business development, or marketing
