Responsibilities: Zoho One Proficiency: Utilize Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns daily to manage and track leads, automate outreach, and optimize the sales process. Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up. Meeting Setup: Schedule high-quality meetings between qualified leads and the sales team. Data Management and Analysis: Manage large amounts of data within Zoho CRM, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the sales team. Sales Process Execution: Follow a proven methodology for onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to close. Sales Support: Assist the sales department in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Content Creation: Create compelling graphics, videos, and digital content to support marketing and sales initiatives. Lead Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with all potential leads in a timely and effective manner. Requirements Qualifications: Zoho One Expertise: Deep understanding of Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns functionalities, with a proven ability to use these tools to drive sales. Business Development Experience: Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role. Lead Generation Skills: Strong ability to generate leads through various methods. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
