Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative (BDR) 🚀 | Fluent English | 100% Remote 🌎

Are you passionate about B2B sales and comfortable having conversations in English with U.S. executives?

At Lead Growth, we help B2B technology companies scale their sales through outbound sales strategies and Account Based Marketing. We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join an international project focused on generating business opportunities in the U.S. market.

We're seeking a hunter-minded, results-driven individual with excellent English communication skills, someone who can start conversations, generate interest, and build relationships with potential clients.

What will you do day to day?

• Identify and prospect target companies within the U.S. market.
• Research accounts and decision-makers to generate business opportunities.
• Contact prospects via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
• Conduct discovery or pre-qualification meetings with qualified prospects to validate need, budget, and timeline before passing them to the sales team.
• Participate in follow-up meetings and collaborate on optimizing outbound campaigns.

What we're looking for?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Previous experience as a BDR, SDR, Sales Development Representative, or in B2B sales.
• Experience making cold calls.
• Experience using prospecting tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha or similar.
• Experience working with a CRM (HubSpot or similar).
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven profile.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a team that supports each other.

We especially value

• Experience selling or prospecting for the U.S. market.
• Experience in technology, software, or B2B services companies.
