Role Overview: As a Business Development Representative at Nutrislice, you’ll be the engine behind our sales pipeline — hunting for new opportunities within K-12 school districts across the country and turning cold outreach into warm conversations. This is a high-activity, high-impact role where you’ll own the top of the funnel: prospecting, calling, and engaging decision-makers to uncover needs and book meetings for the sales team. You’ll work in a fast-moving, remote environment with a modern sales tech stack — including Salesforce, Outreach.io , Clay, and AI tools — and have real visibility into how your efforts directly fuel company growth. Key Responsibilities: Drive qualified pipeline by identifying and generating opportunities within target accounts of K-12 school districts throughout the country. Build, scale, and utilize outreach sequences, cold calling, social selling, and networking to create pipeline. Make 50+ calls per day to identify target organizations’ needs and objectives Utilize Salesforce, Google Suite, Chili Piper, Outreach.io , Clay, Claude, ChatGPT, and Zapier with proficiency Use online resources to understand customers’ pain points and work to solve them Track and report progress on daily, weekly and monthly goals Required Experience & Skills 1-3 years of direct sales experience or relevant coursework Food service experience a plus The ability to source great prospects and obtain all necessary information to support seller success Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed quotas (sales rankings preferred) Tenacious with ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage time on a self-directed basis A coachable individual who’s open to new ideas and feedback, and is looking to advance their skill set Excellent verbal and written communication skills An entrepreneurial spirit – the idea of being an active participant in a growing company must excite you Must be tech savvy and able to navigate Salesforce.com Benefits include: Total compensation range of $50,000-$70,000 Unlimited PTO Fully remote work 401k with match Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage Important Details: No visa sponsorship available.
