The Account Executive Sales role will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and driving sales of healthcare and Diagnostic Medical Imaging products and services. Roshal Health offers technology-driven, on-demand Diagnostic Imaging staffing solutions to clients across the United States. Through our on-demand technology medical facilities can request qualified, licensed, and credentialed Diagnostic Imaging professionals across all the modalities (CT/XRay, MRI, Ultrasound, etc). The client can also track our clinical professional's arrival in real time. Our dedicated clinical staff is available 24/7/365, guaranteeing timely services for our clients and their patients. We provide a valuable solution to the growing shortage of clinical professionals across Diagnostic Imaging and a few other specialized services. Roshal Health anticipates significant growth over the next two years and are seeking a motivated, positive, experienced Account Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Speak with clients to gain understanding of their needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions. Set client meetings. Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare industry. Develop and execute outreach strategies to achieve revenue targets. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with other internal teams such as Marketing and Talent Acquisition. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Have a deep understanding of the healthcare products or services offered by the company. Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices. Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress towards targets. Document daily activity for reporting Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. Proven 2+ year track record of success in sales, preferably within the healthcare and/or radiology account manager setting or other healthcare staffing services. Experience in calling into hospitals, healthcare systems and FSEDs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools. Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is preferred. Must reside near a major metropolitan area with the ability to travel. Knowledge and experience with sales related platforms like Definitive or Apollo This is a full-time, salaried position that will involve remote / home office work & the potential for travel.
