The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience in US-based staffing, including direct placement, contract, or temporary staffing.
• Strong understanding of U.S. direct-hire staffing and recruitment processes, distinct from BPO or offshore outsourcing models.
• Proven track record of lead generation and appointment-setting through outbound prospecting activities.
• Proficiency in Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (LinkedIn Navigator is required).
• Familiarity with AirCall or similar phone or dialer platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent for client-facing calls.
• Strong consultative and conversational sales approach, rather than a high-volume calling style.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently achieve daily targets.
• Strong written communication skills for professional follow-up emails and client correspondence.

Your Daily Tasks

• Schedule 5-7 qualified appointments per week with decision-makers.
• Conduct full discovery calls and close signed client agreements (MSA).
• Navigate gatekeepers and connect with key decision-makers.
• Deliver compelling elevator pitches highlighting the company's key differentiators.
• Qualify opportunities using the Client Discovery Form.
• Manage outreach activity and pipeline in Apollo and AirCall.
• Send professional, personalized follow-up emails and voicemail messages.
• Collaborate with recruiters and company leadership on all client correspondence.
• Participate in weekly team KPI review calls.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the company's services, fees, and backfill policy.
