This role is ideal for candidates eager to kickstart their career in sales and business development with comprehensive training and mentorship. Key Responsibilities Learn and understand our products, services, and target markets through structured training programs. Support the sales team by conducting outbound prospecting, including cold calling and emailing potential clients. Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions. Develop communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage prospects and clients. Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent; a Bachelors degree is a plus. Strong desire to learn and develop a career in sales and business development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with potential clients. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to take on challenges. Preferred Qualifications Any previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
