We are looking for a **Business Development Partner** to support the growth of PraktikaX by promoting and selling our programs to: * Universities & educational institutions * Companies & organizations * Government & public sector entities * Training centers & professional bodies This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, confident in communication, and motivated by results. Key Responsibilities * Promote and sell Edu Praktix programs (internships, bootcamps, industrial courses, workshops, and custom training). * Identify and approach potential partners and clients. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutions and decision-makers. * Conduct online meetings and presentations with prospects. * Coordinate with the internal team to align client needs with suitable programs. * Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline independently. * Represent Edu Praktix professionally in all communications. **Strong background or interest in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Education.** * **English level: C1 or equivalent (mandatory).** * **Arabic language: Strong advantage.** * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Results-oriented mindset and comfort with commission-based work. * Experience in selling B2B services, education programs, or training solutions is a strong plus. * Familiarity with universities, corporates, or training ecosystems is an advantage.
