Job Title: Business Development Officer Location: Tse Addo (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to support the company's growth initiatives through partnership development, client acquisition, and opportunity sourcing. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and supporting revenue-generating activities across our programs and services. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partner organisations Support proposal development and partnership pitches Conduct market and prospect research Generate and qualify leads Coordinate meetings with prospective partners and clients Track and report on pipeline and opportunity progress Collaborate with marketing and program teams on growth campaigns Represent the organisation at meetings and networking events when required Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 1–3+ years experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or marketing (internship experience acceptable for junior roles) Strong communication and negotiation skills Good research and presentation skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Work Structure Hybrid work arrangement (combination of on-site and remote work) On-site location: Tse Addo Preferred Qualities Self-starter with strong initiative Relationship-focused and persuasive Organised and detail-oriented Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups
