About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to support our business growth initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting targeted outreach campaigns, generating qualified leads, and supporting the promotion of our professional services.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident in researching companies, comfortable connecting with decision-makers, and capable of initiating meaningful business conversations. The candidate should enjoy networking, prospecting, and helping businesses explore solutions that can improve their operations, financial processes, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and research potential clients across various industries.
• Build and maintain databases of key decision-makers.
• Source contact information through LinkedIn, company websites, business directories, and other professional platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, outreach activities, and follow-up actions.
Client Outreach & Business Development
• Conduct cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other professional communication channels.
• Draft and send personalized messages introducing the company’s services and value proposition.
• Follow up with prospective clients and nurture relationships to generate interest.
• Schedule meetings and discovery calls with qualified prospects.
• Support the business development process from initial contact to lead qualification.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
• Develop and suggest marketing ideas to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Support content creation for LinkedIn, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Identify new channels and strategies to promote professional services.

• Prepare weekly reports on outreach activities and lead generation efforts.
• Track responses, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain organized records of all marketing and business development activities.
Requirements
• Previous experience in business development, marketing, lead generation, sales, telesales, customer acquisition, or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and networking.
• Confidence in initiating conversations with senior decision-makers.
• Strong research and internet navigation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, accounting, finance, taxation, or professional services will be an added advantage.
