Business Development Manager – Netherlands Build our Dutch market from the ground up H2 Print is an independent print procurement and production management company headquartered in Sweden. For more than 25 years we have helped companies simplify the purchasing of printed products, marketing materials, promotional products and related production services. Rather than operating our own production facilities, we work with a carefully selected network of production partners across Europe. This allows us to deliver the right solution for each project while maintaining high quality, flexibility and competitive pricing. We are now looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to establish and grow our presence in the Netherlands. The Opportunity This is not a traditional sales role. You will be responsible for developing a new market and becoming the face of H2 Print in the Netherlands. Your primary focus will be to identify opportunities, build relationships and win new customers. Our experienced team in Sweden handles sourcing, supplier management, quotation preparation, production coordination and delivery follow-up. You focus on sales. We handle operations. Your Responsibilities Identify and approach potential customers Build long-term relationships with decision-makers Generate profitable new business opportunities Manage the sales process from first contact to signed order Represent H2 Print in meetings, events and networking activities Contribute to the long-term development of our Dutch business Ideal Customer Segments Typical customers include: Retail and home furnishing companies Marketing-intensive B2B companies Publishers Companies with recurring catalogues, brochures and campaign materials Organisations purchasing complex print and marketing production projects We generally focus on medium-sized companies where we can create meaningful value through procurement expertise, flexibility and service. Who You Are We are primarily looking for a successful salesperson. You do not need to be a print expert. We believe you have: A proven track record in B2B sales Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills Experience selling services, solutions or project-based offerings An entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset The ability to work independently and structure your own activities Native-level Dutch language skills Good English communication skills German language skills are considered an advantage. Experience from print, packaging, marketing services, retail production or procurement-related sales is beneficial but not required.
