Responsibilities Generate B2B clients for website design, development, and backend solutions. Handle proposals, pricing, and client relationship management. Coordinate with the tech team to deliver client projects. Identify new markets for IT services growth. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and web services sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients Monitor industry developments and competitor activities Report on sales performance and develop strategies for improvement Requirements 3+ years of IT service sales (B2B) experience. Strong understanding of website and backend technologies. Proven record in client acquisition and revenue generation. Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
