Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager – IT Solutions to drive new business opportunities, expand client base, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services and technology sales, and a keen understanding of digital trends. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and digital solutions space. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth. Present Pentoz Technology's services (AI, IoT, Web/Mobile Development, Cloud, etc.) to prospective clients. Create customized proposals and solutions based on client requirements. Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Marketing, Product) to align on client needs and deliverables. Track market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs. Represent the company in networking events, conferences, and industry forums. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus). 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or tech solutions. Strong knowledge of enterprise IT services: Cloud, AI, SaaS, Mobile Apps, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets. Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized. Preferred: Experience working in fast-paced startups or digital agencies. Existing client network across industries like Fintech, Healthcare, Retail, etc. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
