Our client is a growing organisation operating within the Health & Safety sector, supporting businesses across the UK with specialist services and solutions.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone already working within the Health & Safety industry who is looking for a new challenge with a highly respected organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth across a range of services and solutions.

💥 As a Business Development Manager, you will:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UK.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and close.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery calls.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

💥 What we're looking for:

• Experience working within the Health & Safety sector.
• Proven experience in a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or New Business role.
• A strong track record of generating and winning new business.
• Experience selling business to business services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship building abilities.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and working towards targets.
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
