We are expanding into our next phase of growth and are hiring an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle and drive new revenue across our products and services.
The Role
This is a senior, full-cycle, individual-contributor sales role. You will own everything from finding and qualifying new customers, through outreach, discovery, and product demonstrations, to proposals and closing. You will be responsible for both generating your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and converting inbound leads — this is a true hunter role, not an order-taker or inbound-only position. You will carry a monthly target and be measured on the revenue you close.
You will sell two things: our suite of AI-powered SaaS products (across HR technology, education technology, and BPO automation), and our custom AI and enterprise software development services. You will be selling primarily to customers in the United States, so deep familiarity with the US market and US business buyers is essential.

Working Hours & Location
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based anywhere in the world. You must be able to work hours that align substantially with United States business time zones, as the US is our primary market. Flexibility to support European business hours in the future is a plus, depending on territory.
Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, rewarding strong closers for the revenue they generate. Specific compensation will be discussed during the interview process and is structured to attract and retain high-performing sales professionals.
