We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and convert qualified prospects into long-term clients.

What You’ll Do
* Identify and research potential clients across different industries and markets
* Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
* Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, referrals, and networking opportunities
* Generate and qualify new business opportunities
* Schedule and lead introductory and discovery meetings
* Understand client objectives, challenges, and project requirements
* Coordinate proposal and pitch processes with internal teams
* Manage follow-ups and move opportunities through the sales cycle
* Build strategic relationships with founders, marketing leaders, and decision-makers
* Represent Red Flare professionally in meetings, events, and online interactions

What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Client Acquisition
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Confidence communicating with founders, executives, and marketing leaders
* Experience generating opportunities through outbound outreach
* Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

* Previous experience in a branding, creative, digital, or advertising agency
* Existing network in Europe, UK, Australia, Middle East, or North America
* Experience selling creative, strategic, marketing, or digital services
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools
